About Willy
Willy is a seasoned fisherman in Stardew Valley who runs the Fish Shop on the beach south of Pelican Town. He sells fishing supplies and buys fish from players, often sharing his fishing wisdom. Gift Strategy
Catfish is a good loved gift if you catch extras — it's found in rivers during Spring and Fall rain. Pumpkin is an easy Fall crop. Diamond and Iridium Bar work but are expensive. Mead requires making Honey in a Bee House and then processing it in a Keg.
Daily Schedule
Runs the Fish Shop on the beach from 9am to 5pm. Found fishing on the pier early in the morning before the shop opens. Walks along the beach. Occasionally visits the Stardrop Saloon in the evening.
Heart Events
Willy's events center on his love of fishing and his old fishing boat. At 6 hearts, he shows you his prized fishing collection. At higher friendship, he shares stories of his youth at sea. He also plays a key role in the Ginger Island questline by repairing his boat.
