About Dwarf
Dwarf is a mysterious and ancient villager in Stardew Valley who resides in the Mines, accessible after breaking the blocking rock with a Steel Pickaxe or Cherry Bomb. He sells rare items and artifacts, often speaking in a cryptic language until you obtain the Dwarvish Translation Guide. Dwarf enjoys loves gifts such as Amethyst, Aquamarine, Emerald, Jade, Lemon Stone, Omni Geode, Ruby and Topaz. His enigmatic presence and unique backstory add a layer of intrigue to the game's lore.

Gift Strategy
Gems are the way to go — Amethyst, Emerald, Jade, Ruby, Aquamarine, and Topaz are all loved gifts and drop commonly from mining nodes. Omni Geodes also work. Lemon Stone is rarer but also loved.
Daily Schedule
Permanently stationed inside the eastern cave in the Mines, accessible after breaking the blocking rock. Available to talk and trade from 10am to 10pm. Does not move locations or attend festivals. You need the Dwarvish Translation Guide (all 4 Dwarf Scrolls donated to the Museum) to understand him.
Heart Events
The Dwarf's heart events reveal the ancient conflict between dwarves and shadow people (Krobus's kind). At higher friendship levels, dialogue provides lore about the valley's history. No traditional cutscene heart events, but his friendship unlocks valuable shop items including bombs and other mining supplies.
